POLICY AND PROCEEDURE
A 25% non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of booking and reserves your date on the calendar. The retainer is applied to the session cost. The balance of your session is due the day of your session.
EMT (Email Money Transfer), Paypal, and cash are all acceptable forms of payment.
Any print order requires payment in full at the time of order.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled session please let me know as soon as possible.
I ask for least 1 week notice so I can attempt to refill that time slot.
If cancellations are made with more than 1 week notice your retainer can be transferred to the rescheduled session (within 6 months).
If the session has not been rescheduled within 6 months or you have cancelled with LESS than 1 week notice you forfeit the retainer made and further reschedules will be subject to a new retainer.
Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
No shows will be required to prepay in full for future sessions.
Cake smash sessions may be required to purchase a new cake in the event of a reschedule.
Please keep in mind a session may be scheduled before/or after your session.
If you are late, we will proceed with the remaining time scheduled for your session. No discounts will be given and the full session fee still applies. There is no guarantee of number of images produced in the event of lateness.
PORTRAIT AND PROOF DELIVERY
An online proofing gallery will be provided for clients to choose their images in approximately 2 weeks after your session.
Final portrait galleries will be sent out 2-3 weeks approximately after your images are selected.
Halliday Photography retains copyrights on all images and reserves the right to use the images for display, advertising, or any other purposes. Under no circumstances can a client use images for commercial purposes, profit, or photographic competition or
Special offers/ promos/ contests are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
Payment of your retainer is acceptance of this contract and acknowledge all policies. Pricing and packages
may change at any time without notice, however pricing at the time of booking will be honoured.
Reshoots will not be done except under extenuating circumstances such as equipment failure. Please come prepared and try to schedule for an appropriate time for your child.
Client are required to assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining desired photographs. Halliday photography is not responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Client will be respectful to Photographer and all parties being photographed. Photographer has the right to end the session, without refund, if there is lack of cooperation or respect.
